2. Standard Refund WindowCustomers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
3. Eligibility CriteriaA refund request is generally eligible if all of the following conditions are met:
- no more than 20% of the purchased course video content has been viewed;
- no completion certificate has been issued for the purchased course;
- no included one-to-one mentoring/support session (if applicable) has been delivered or consumed.
Where a plan includes support or mentoring, such sessions are delivered online via WhatsApp.
4. Non-Refundable CasesA refund may be declined where:
- a substantial part of the digital content has already been consumed beyond the threshold above;
- account sharing, abuse, fraud, or other policy violations are detected;
- repeated abusive refund requests or chargeback misuse is identified.
5. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, contact support@ortodontmark.com and include:
- full name;
- email used for purchase;
- order or transaction ID;
- reason for the refund request.
6. Review and Processing TimeRefund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Payment provider processing may take an additional 5-10 business days.
Before initiating a chargeback, customers are asked to contact support@ortodontmark.com so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly.
If a chargeback is initiated while a refund request is under review, the refund request may be paused until the payment provider's decision is completed.
Where fraud, abuse, or policy violation is confirmed through chargeback or payment investigations, access to purchased content may be revoked and future purchases may be restricted.
7. Consumer RightsThis policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under relevant law.
