By purchasing any course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service DescriptionThe website offers online educational courses in orthodontics, including:
- pre-recorded video lessons;

- a certificate of completion where explicitly stated on the relevant course page.
Some pricing plans may also include online support and mentoring sessions via WhatsApp, as described on the relevant course page.
Course access is provided digitally after successful payment, primarily by email to the address used at checkout.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant course page, purchased course access is provided without a fixed end date.

3. Intellectual Property and Rights HolderAll rights, title, and interest in the courses and course materials, including but not limited to video lessons, texts, visuals, downloadable files, and educational methodology, are exclusively owned by Mark Radzhabov.
Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for individual educational use only.
Without prior written permission from Mark Radzhabov, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute course content;
- record, download (except where explicitly allowed), or publicly display course content;
- resell, sublicense, or share access links, emails, credentials, or any other access method with third parties.
4. Pricing and PaymentCourse prices and included features are displayed on each course page at the time of purchase.
By completing checkout, you authorize payment processing for the selected product and amount shown at checkout.
5. Digital DeliveryDelivery is considered completed once course access information is sent to the buyer's provided email address or made available in the relevant access area.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct contact details and ensure internet/device compatibility for viewing online content.
If unauthorized sharing, fraud, or abuse is detected, access may be suspended or terminated.
6. RefundsRefund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use or inability to use digital course content.
8. Governing Principles and DisputesAny disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication via support email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the user's country of residence require otherwise.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
